Good room, wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast for this class of hotel. As a Japanese living abroad, I spent many nights in Tokyo for my business and personal trips in last 10+ years, and this hotel is clearly a top tier one for my style of stay. Room: standard Tokyo size but toilet and bathroom are separated. Location: excellent as the hotel is in walking distance from both Hamamatsucho station and Daimon station, which are directly accessible from Haneda Airport by Keikyu Line or Tokyo Monorail. Breakfast: Primarily Japanese style of quality ingredients (some local foods were offered when I stayed). Excellent to enjoy the first/last quality Japanese-style breakfast after/before the flight, without paying sky-high near the Airport. Staff: Professional, friendly, and caring staffs who represent Japanese hospitality in a comfortable way.

The location is good when it's a public holiday. Actually it's situated in the business area. So, you can imagine how crowded and busy the location is if it's a working day. The hotel is more like for business or people who come there for conferences or business meetings. So, a nice set of resources like slippers and towels are provided. The toilet and shower room are separate. You can actually enjoy a mini onsen in the shower room as there is an area for showering and a tub for onsen. The room has good sound proof which you can enjoy a quiet night sleep. One good thing about this hotel is that they have eight types of pillows for you to choose from as they are selling pillows. There is also a list of resources you can choose at the lobby like masks, mouth washers, perfume etc. I think it's nice service.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was small but pretty good. One special thing made me feel very warm was the hotel provided small towels in the lobby for guests to take on the rainy day. I never had this service before. It made me feel that I was really taken good care of, even though I went outside of the hotel. This was a very warm feeling especially when I traveled alone in a foreign country. I appreciate the small towel very much, since I could use it to wipe myself and keep dry during the day out. Also the washer/dryer is very efficient, which I didn't find common in other hotel laundry facilities.

This is very well situated for the monorail to Haneda. Also, within 15 minutes walk you have Zojoji temple, Tokyo Tower, Hamarikyu Gardens and Kyu Shiba Rikyu Gardens. The Yamanote line will also get you to most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself is very small; however we found it to be so well designed that we didn't mind the size. It was very clean and had a fresh, modern appearance. The staff on reception were very friendly. As there were three of us, we had to book two rooms, but it was such good value that the total was the same as a family room we had elsewhere in the city.

Very nice super comfy and full equipped hotel in the middle of one of the financial districts of Tokyo (Minato – Hamamatsucho), with a lot of stores and restaurants, very well connected to Yamanato train line and the Haneda’s airport, so I really recommended for both business trips but also for tourists due to its comfort and connectivity. Besides, the room service was also amazing and very personalized. I strongly recommend this hotel.
